Kelly Gasper

Kelly Gasper, Director, Operations, leads a team that provides comprehensive case management services to facilitate patient access to therapy for a physician-administered injectable product. She oversees the work processes and system solutions to facilitate a portfolio of services addressing complex reimbursement issues across payer types. Ms. Gasper provides ongoing team training initiatives, recruiting, reporting, monitoring of team and program activity, and continuing practice improvement.

In addition, Ms. Gasper has provided leadership for a business unit that provides operational programs with staffing flexibility in key service areas, such as benefit verifications and data intake. In this role, she oversaw the various staffing components such as planning, recruiting, training, and productivity, and also continual process improvement initiatives of the unit.

Ms. Gasper has more than eight years of experience with Lash Group, designing, implementing, and managing day-to-day operations for service programs which support oral, injectable, and physician-administered therapies. She has also led initiatives with colleagues within the AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group to provide clients with integrated specialty distribution solutions for their products. Ms. Gasper's previous Lash management experience includes leading patient assistance and reimbursement support services for a portfolio of HIV/AIDS products, as well as leading a complex program that provides reimbursement support, patient assistance, adherence, and web-based services for a self-injectable treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.

Before joining Lash Group, she gained extensive experience in operations management, planning, analysis, business coordination, and client management through her work in the printing and graphics industry. Ms. Gasper received a B.S. from Clemson University.
