
Nicole Dunn, Director, Operations, oversees strategic business development and manages a portfolio of services to address healthcare reimbursement barriers. The programs she oversees are designed to facilitate patient access to treatment through comprehensive case management services including reimbursement counseling, patient assistance, and adherence services.
Since joining Lash Group in 1996, Ms. Dunn has held several roles and managed a variety of responsibilities. After working directly with a range of healthcare providers and patient populations to resolve access issues caused by reimbursement obstacles, she spent several years supporting the company's rapid growth by leading the recruiting and on-boarding of new associates. She also worked extensively in the design and launch of Lash Group's Corporate University, its internal libraries, and its corporate intranet. In addition, Ms. Dunn managed the daily operations of a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provided copayment assistance to patients.
Before joining Lash Group, she worked in customer service for a managed care organization. Ms. Dunn received a B.S. in communications and public relations from Wingate University.
