Jason Underwood

Jason Underwood, C.P.A., M.B.A., Director, Financial Strategy & Analysis, oversees financial planning and reporting functions that support Lash Group's strategic decision-making processes.  He examines, analyzes, and interprets accounting records, conducts project profitability analysis, and assesses corporate cost structure.

Mr. Underwood also measures the financial impact of staffing projections for operational programs and conducts business unit trend analyses.  He oversees the development of company pricing strategy and ensures appropriateness and reasonableness.  Additionally, he prepares internal reporting packages, develops annual budgets, and assists in the establishment of financial policies and procedures.

Before joining Lash Group, Mr. Underwood managed operational and financial forecasts for a large tobacco company for 10 years.  He also has four years of private and public audit experience, performing financial and operational audits for domestic and international clients.  Mr. Underwood received an M.B.A. in finance from Wake Forest University and a B.A. in accounting from Furman University.
