Lisa Sherrill

Lisa Sherrill, Director, Operations, provides leadership for a business unit that provides operational programs with staffing flexibility in key service areas, such as benefit verifications and data intake. In this role, she oversees the various staffing components such as planning, recruiting, training, and productivity, and also continual process improvement initiatives of the unit.

Previously, Ms. Sherrill managed day-to-day operations as well as led quality initiatives for a team that provides comprehensive case management services to facilitate patient access to infusion therapy for multiple disease states including Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis.  She provided quality control and ongoing practice improvement, and supported payer monitoring and research, recruiting, interviewing, team training, reporting, and performance-tracking initiatives. 

Ms. Sherrill also administered reimbursement consulting services for patients across several disease states, including breast cancer, relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, infants at risk for respiratory syncytial virus, and chronic plaque psoriasis.  These services included complex benefit verifications, coding assistance, claim denial appeals, and research of alternate coverage options.

Before joining Lash Group, she gained extensive experience in benefit administration, customer service and account management.  Ms. Sherrill received a B.A. in business management with a concentration in human resources from North Carolina State University.
