Bryan Foston

Bryan E. Foston, Director, Project Management Office, leads Lash Group’s project management, business analysis, product consulting, and IT portfolio management services.

Mr. Foston is responsible for ensuring the successful project delivery of Lash’s proprietary technology used in support of patient management and reimbursement support.  He also works closely and collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality and cost-effective technology solutions. Mr. Foston has more than 15 years of information technology experience, mostly within the healthcare industry, supporting manufacturing, research and corporate functions, in global organizations. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has built and led different types of project management offices (PMOs) across various functions. Additionally, Mr. Foston is known for defining and executing strategy, building high performance teams, leading project portfolios in excess of $50 million, and implementing global support organizations and strategic source vendor relationships.

Before joining the Lash Group, he worked for a major pharmaceutical company, and an IT system integration company. Mr. Foston received an M.S. in computer science and a B.S. in computer systems engineering from Howard University.
