Denise Badgett

Denise Badgett, C.H.E., M.B.A., Director, Operations, leads the operational teams supporting several foundation models including a new 501(c)3 organization dedicated to assisting insured patients who cannot afford the out-of-pocket costs associated with their treatment needs.

Ms. Badgett is responsible for the ongoing operations and board support of each of these foundations. Her key focus is to ensure that technology and human resources are fully maximized to minimize administrative costs, and to deliver the highest quality service to patients, providers, patient advocates, and board members.

Before joining Lash Group, Ms. Badgett held key health care management roles including chief information officer for a behavioral health care organization and chief financial officer of a large medical center. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Finance Management Association. Ms. Badgett received an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
