Honora Gabriel

Honora Gabriel, Director, Operations, leads a team that provides comprehensive case management services to facilitate patient access to infusion therapy for multiple disease states including Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis. She oversees the work processes and system solutions to facilitate a portfolio of services addressing complex reimbursement issues across payer types. Ms. Gabriel provides ongoing team training initiatives, recruiting, reporting, monitoring of team and program activity, and continuing practice improvement.

Previously, she managed a comprehensive reimbursement and patient assistance program for a physician-administered treatment of moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis. Ms. Gabriel also administered reimbursement consulting services for infants at risk for respiratory syncytial virus and in need of prophylaxis; this included complex benefit verifications, coding assistance, claim denial appeals, and research of alternate coverage options.

Before joining Lash Group, she worked for a non-profit agency as a behavioral therapy technician serving the disabled population. Ms. Gabriel received a B.S. in business administration from Ithaca College.
