Jay Webster

Jay Webster, M.B.A., Senior Director, Human Capital, oversees the human resources, administration, and payroll operations for Lash Group.

He is responsible for administering the human resources programs and initiatives, and supporting business partners in both San Francisco and Charlotte. Mr. Webster's key areas of focus are fostering positive employee relations, supporting management in the area of coaching and staff development, and implementing effective policies and procedures. His diverse human resources background encompasses many years of progressive management experience in the health care, insurance, and social services sectors.

Mr. Webster received an M.B.A. with an emphasis in human resources from Golden Gate University and a B.A. in business administration and personnel management from the University of Mississippi.
