Kati Hale

Kati Hale, M.H.A., Director, Operations, oversees operations and strategic development for several reimbursement and patient assistance programs that support both injectable and oral therapies across a Charlotte/San Francisco national business unit.

She has led the design and development for reimbursement support and patient assistance programs for multiple products and disease states. Ms. Hale also has experience in design and development of retail pharmacy card programs.

Since joining Lash Group, she has led several reimbursement consulting programs supporting a variety of oncology and schizophrenia therapies. Ms. Hale received an M.H.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where her training included an internship with a medical center and she received a B.S. in health services administration from Auburn University.
