Katie Wilson, Senior Director, Operations, leads strategic development and oversees operations, all client interaction and ad hoc consulting activity for a business unit of programs that assist patients in maximizing their health care benefits through comprehensive reimbursement counseling, patient assistance, and adherence services across various disease states. She is also responsible for designing, implementing and supporting day-to-day operations for multiple reimbursement and patient support programs across a variety of disease states.

 

Ms. Wilson has particular expertise in senior management in the areas of organizational growth and building client relationships, as well as leadership skills in organization and direction of operations and motivating and managing associates. She was an integral partner in the establishment and growth of Lash Group's San Francisco office. She was responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the information systems and telecommunications capabilities for product support programs, as well as establishing the structural foundation for operations. This included development of creative workflows and quality processes for reimbursement support and patient assistance programs.
