Krista Wainscott

Krista Wainscott, M.B.A., Senior Director, Operations, oversees operations and strategic development for a range of reimbursement consulting and patient assistance programs supporting a variety of health care technologies, including pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medical devices.

In partnership with product manufacturers, Ms. Wainscott has developed strategies and tactics to address complex reimbursement issues across a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, endocrinology, orthopaedics, dermatology, respiratory therapy, and infusion products. She has worked directly with payers to initiate changes to coverage and payment policies for new technologies. Ms. Wainscott has also worked with clients to develop coding strategies for new products and services, resulting in additions to both HCPCS and CPT coding systems.

Before joining Lash Group, she was a patient advocate for a multi-specialty physician practice. Ms. Wainscott received an M.B.A. from the McColl School at Queens University where she was a recipient of the McColl Senior Fellowship, and she received a B.S. in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
