
Nancy McGee, J.D., M.P.H, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, provides senior leadership for Lash Group's portfolio of operational programs including all reimbursement-related services and product support programs.
She identifies opportunities to develop creative strategies and tactical programs for specific products by analyzing healthcare policy, industry, and distribution trends. To this end, Ms. McGee leads Lash's unique portfolio of patient management programs including reimbursement support, patient assistance, patient education and adherence, advocacy and case management, and patient registries. With more than 10 years of healthcare coverage and payment experience, she has particular expertise in the therapeutic areas of oncology, cardiology, arthritis, neurology, and urology.
Previously, Ms. McGee led Lash's consulting services practice area and specialized in developing and implementing innovative pre- and post-launch reimbursement strategies and tactical plans for a diverse range of pharmaceuticals, biotech products, diagnostics, and medical devices. She continues to work with product manufacturers, payers, physician specialty societies, and industry thought leaders regarding product-specific coverage and payment issues. Ms. McGee leads specialized advisory boards for clients and conducts dynamic management and field force training sessions. In addition, she has designed specialized programs to assist physicians, patients, and caregivers in navigating the rigors of the insurance industry. She is also a frequent speaker on trends in healthcare legislation and the insurance industry.
Before joining Lash Group, Ms. McGee was vice president of reimbursement for a healthcare consulting firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco where she led both the reimbursement strategic consulting practice and the reimbursement support service lines. She is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the San Francisco Bar Association. Ms. McGee received a B.A. from the University of California at Davis, a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law, and a Master of Public Health from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health. Currently, Ms McGee is participating in the Executive Doctoral Program in Health Leadership (DrPH) program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health.
