Lash Group has nearly 800 professionals dedicated to providing reimbursement support and patient assistance services. Our counselors must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant healthcare related experience, such as social work, case management, medical insurance or consulting. Many of our associates have advanced degrees or previous clinical experience, including social work, nursing, pharmacy, medical technology and respiratory therapy.
Our organization’s success is based on the people that support our programs and clients. Lash Group reimbursement counselors are cross-trained on all areas relating to product support, allowing all of a caller’s reimbursement needs to be addressed through a single call. In order to ensure that our counselors have access to the most recent reimbursement information, Lash Group has an in-house learning and development program. Lash Group University (LGU) is dedicated to providing meaningful and current educational offerings to our associates across a wide variety of topics, including customer service, disease sensitivity and product-specific training.
