Corporate programs are funded by and offered through the product manufacturer.

Foundation programs are operated through an independent, nonprofit organization funded by the product manufacturer or through a separate, independent charity.

Expanded access/clinical trial transition programs help ensure continuity and appropriateness of care for patients as they move from clinical trial to commercial use of the product. Lash Group has shepherded some of the nation’s largest programs in this category for HIV/AIDS and other therapies where continuity of therapy is critical.
