Scott Haenni

Scott Haenni, J.D., M.B.A., C.H.C., Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Compliance, serves as general counsel and compliance officer for Lash Group.

In this role, he addresses all legal and compliance issues affecting Lash Group, including reviewing all contractual and legal questions and overseeing all compliance-related processes and activities. Mr. Haenni is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing ongoing compliance initiatives at Lash Group, including associate training and the review and investigation of any compliance issues. He also serves as an advisor on a wide range of business activities and contracting issues to support the development of Lash Group's strategic objectives, as well as a resource for all Lash Group associates on substantive legal or compliance questions.

Before joining Lash Group, Mr. Haenni was an attorney with one of North Carolina's largest law firms, where he represented a wide range of companies on general business issues including contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and entity formation. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Care Compliance Association, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Haenni is also certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) by the Healthcare Compliance Certification Board. Additionally, he is the recipient of a 40 under 40 Award, sponsored by the Charlotte Business Journal. Mr. Haenni received a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in business administration, with highest honors and highest distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
