Tom Jordak

Tom Jordak, J.D., Director, Legal Affairs and Corporate Compliance, serves as senior corporate counsel for Lash Group.

In this role, he supports the legal needs across Lash Group and other companies within AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group. Mr. Jordak's responsibilities range from contract negotiations and review to providing general legal advice and counsel on any other issues affecting Lash Group, the Specialty Group and AmerisourceBergen.  In addition to supporting such legal needs, he works with Lash Group's Compliance Team to support compliance- related initiatives across the organization.

Before joining Lash Group, Mr. Jordak spent seven years as an attorney in private practice in New York and most recently in Washington, D.C., where he worked on a variety of corporate legal matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Jordak received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
