Tracy Bradey

Tracy Bradey, Director, Operations, oversees operations and strategic business development for a group of programs that assist patients in maximizing their healthcare benefits through comprehensive reimbursement counseling, patient assistance, and adherence services across several disease states.

Ms. Bradey has been with Lash Group for more than 13 years and has extensive experience in the monitoring and analysis of third-party reimbursement policies and trends. She has worked with a range of healthcare providers and patient populations to resolve reimbursement issues. Ms. Bradey has analyzed public health programs and coverage policies to properly assess billing and payment issues and to identify coverage alternatives. She has been actively involved in the development and implementation of reimbursement support services for several patient assistance programs.

Ms. Bradey received a B.A. from Queens College where she was a Presidential Scholar.
