Tracy Ott Foster, M.B.A., President, manages strategic direction for Lash Group's overall operational practice, including all reimbursement-related services and product support programs.

 

Ms. Foster has led Lash Group's unique portfolio of patient management programs ranging from reimbursement support to patient assistance, education, and adherence; from patient advocacy and case management to patient registries and outcomes analysis, and from specialized billing and collections services to interactive websites for clients. She has also directed the internal development and implementation of all new reimbursement support and patient assistance programs and their customized databases. Ms. Foster has extensive experience implementing best-demonstrated practices and continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes. She has worked with clients to conduct advanced quantitative analysis, forecasting, and reporting. With more than ten years of health care and management experience, Ms. Foster has consulted with medical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies in the areas of program design and operations analysis, reimbursement assessment, and marketing strategy. In addition, she speaks nationally on product support programs, patient access, and reimbursement trends and issues. Ms. Foster has also been one of the recipients of the Top 25 Women in Business Achievement Awards and 40 under 40 Awards, sponsored by the Charlotte Business Journal.

 

Before joining Lash Group, she was a marketing product manager for a medical device manufacturer. Ms. Foster received an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School and a B.S. in operations engineering from the University of Michigan.
