Our clinical team includes registered nurses who have at least 5 years of nursing experience. Our nurses are certified in the therapeutic areas they support, providing additional insights that elevate the level of care your patients receive.
Program operations leadership
Managers, senior managers, and directors of operations leverage their patient support expertise to build strong operating teams. They help design, develop and implement successful support programs that provide best-in-class customer service to patients, providers and pharmacies.
Ongoing training opportunities
We cross-train program team members on all areas relating to product support, so they can address all of a patient’s needs through a single call.
All counselors attend customer service training, disease-sensitivity training, product-information training, and training on healthcare reform.
Fostering a culture of continued development
Multi-cultural emerging leadership development program
MELDP is a six-month self-discovery program that provides a venue for the rich mix of participants to take a deep introspective look at their leadership style, strengths, development opportunities, and reinforce their ability to influence others.
