Mark Beightol, VP, Client Delivery, utilizes his expertise in reimbursement support, patient assistance, copay assistance, clinical and adherence solutions to help advise manufacturer clients on program development for a variety of disease states. In this role, his primary responsibility is to ensure program operational performance, strategy support and implementation, budget management and client relationship management. Mark also drives efficiency within the business with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
Mr. Beightol guides his team to provide best-in-class patient experiences and physician office relationships. He partners closely with manufacturer clients to drive insights from program evaluations and trend identification, ultimately leading to better program implementation and productive innovation.
Before joining Lash Group, Mr. Beightol managed large teams focused on medical information, clinical and adherence services for pharmaceutical clients. He brings over 20 years of customer service and account management experience across a variety of industries.
On a personal note, Mark enjoys anything outdoors - hiking, running and camping.
