Pharmacist
Our pharmacists interpret physicians' prescriptions and dispense medication to patients that are eligible to receive free product through the pharmaceutical manufacturer. Our pharmacists consult with patients on their prescribed medication, answer questions and address concerns about their treatment regimen.
Pharmacy and Fulfillment Technicians
Our Pharmacy and Fulfillment Technicians play a critical role in accurately inputting prescription information. They ensure prescriptions are filled, packaged appropriately and shipped to patients in a timely manner.
Pharmacy Care Coordinator
As a first point of contact for patients, Pharmacy Care Coordinators provide empathetic customer service. They help coordinate medication delivery and talk to patients about adverse events and product complaints, which they report directly to the pharmaceutical manufacturers’ safety department.
