Our Program Operations associates are the face and voice of our clients’ products. They interact with patients every day, helping them navigate the complicated payer environment so they can begin therapy more quickly and stay on treatment. Our teams work collaboratively across a variety of roles to support a specific product, while growing their industry knowledge and becoming experts in navigating the healthcare system.

Data Intake and Benefit Verification Specialist, Patient Services Representative, Patient Access Specialist and Patient Access Consultant
These positions work closely with providers and pharmacies, directly helping patients navigate any challenges they face accessing medication. Their work helps make therapy more affordable and gets patients on treatment faster.
Program Operations Leadership
Managers, Senior Managers and Directors of Operations help to design, develop and implement successful support programs that provide best-in-class customer service to patients, providers and pharmacies. They work to build strong operating teams that are prepared to execute comprehensive patient support programs.
Strategic Account Management
Our Strategic Account Managers foster key client partnerships working closely with manufacturers to deliver programs that maximize patient access throughout the product lifecycle. Tracking market trends, they collaborate with other AmerisourceBergen business units to integrate appropriate services into product programs.
