Patient Case Coordinator, Reimbursement Counselor and Benefit Verification Specialist
These positions work closely with providers and pharmacies, directly helping patients navigate any challenges they face accessing medication. Their work helps make therapy more affordable and gets patients on treatment faster.
Team Coordinators are responsible for training associates, coordinating work within their product program and championing team productivity. They provide the support and guidance needed to help the team achieve their goals, meet success measures and produce high-quality work.
Program Operations Leadership
Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors of Operations help to design, develop and implement successful support programs that provide best-in-class customer service to patients, providers and pharmacies. They work to build strong operating teams that are prepared to execute comprehensive patient support programs.
