Quality Analyst
Our Quality Analysts specialize in the detailed and specific evaluation of ongoing business processes. The Quality Analyst identifies key strengths and opportunities which serve as a foundation for performance improvement.
Quality Specialist
Our Quality Specialists are committed to continuous improvement through the management of data, advancing the use of technology, process design, education and training. Quality Specialists collaborate across the business to support the Quality Center of Excellence priority initiatives.
Quality Manager
With the responsibility for leading and implementing quality functions for assigned client programs, the Quality Manager ensures adherence to Lash Group standards. Quality Managers lead teams of Quality Analysts and serve as subject matter experts.
