50 Most Influential Women
May 29, 2015
On May 29, 2015, The Mecklenburg Times will host the seventh annual 50 Most Influential Women awards. This event was created to spotlight and recognize the important role women play in the greater Charlotte region, in the economy, and in society. The honorees represent the most influential women in business, government, education, and not-for-profit fields that live and work in the Charlotte metro area. A panel of independent business leaders choose honorees based on their professional accomplishments, as well as their involvement in the community.
Among this year’s recipients is Lash Group president, Tracy Foster, who has been selected for her many accomplishments and for the positive impact she has on her colleagues, her community, and her company, as well as the healthcare industry.
Over the last two decades, Tracy has built a strong reputation as an expert in the field of patient support services, and the leader of a key employer brand in the Charlotte region. As president of Lash Group, she has built a patient-centric culture, meaning the development and implementation of the most efficient and innovative programs to ensure that patients can begin life-changing and even life-saving therapies as quickly as possible. She understands patients’ needs and the needs of her pharmaceutical customers, and has tailored a successful business model addressing both. Tracy is active on the national stage of healthcare in interpreting the Affordable Care Act for pharmaceutical manufacturers, and developing solutions to ensure patients have access to their products. But most importantly, Tracy leads Lash Group associates in a humble, heartfelt, and genuine manner, making anyone and everyone feel respected, comfortable, and cared for, all while effortlessly sharing her knowledge and expertise with clients, providers, and advocates.
