CBI’s Hub and SPP Model Optimization conference has become the “must-attend” event as you prepare to launch, transition, or reboot your Hub services. Since it’s inception less than 5 years ago, over 700 leaders in Patient Access, Brand Management, Reimbursement and Specialty Distribution across the industry have benefitted from the Hub Model Conference series. It’s the only event to provide insight from key stakeholders including manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, hubs, payers, PBMs, and more.

Tony Martin, SVP of Client Strategy for Lash Group, will present at this year’s conference, focusing on The Hub vs. The Specialty Pharmacy. For patient support programs, the Hub Model is a single point of contact for all stakeholders that streamlines patient and provider access to specialty drugs, prevents potentially redundant resources, increases quick and long-term access to products and delivers comprehensive healthcare management services. However, with the complexity of the current specialty pharmaceutical market landscape, both the Hub Model and the Specialty Pharmacy could be viewed as the “right” choice.

What should manufacturers consider in their decision-making process when analyzing the channels? What are the strengths of each when looking at a specialty product’s life cycle? Tony will explore these key questions and other considerations for the “right” approach for your product.
