The shift to patient-centricity is here and patient engagement matters. When we put the patient at the center, we’re able to better identify their needs, determine how best to empower them, and ultimately, help them to reach the best health outcome possible. We’ve been watching three key trends: patient access and affordability, value based payment models, and quality improvement initiatives.
