Lash Group named 2016 and 2017 Best Places to Work in SC

Associates in Lash Group's Fort Mill, SC office were greeted as they entered the building on August 1st with an exciting announcement: Lash Group has been named a "Best Place to Work in South Carolina" for a second year in a row. Associates were treated to a walk down the red carpet, and were thanked by Lash Group leadership for all that they do to support patients. In the afternoon, associates in all office locations received a complimentary Italian ice to celebrate our win.

On August 3rd, a team of Lash Group associates and several senior leaders traveled to Columbia, SC, for a special ceremony hosted by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and SCBiz News. Over the course of the evening, the event host recognized each of the 2017 "Best Places" winners from across the state, sharing why each company was chosen for the list. In all, 70 companies were included this year – 42 small and medium companies (with 15-249 employees) and 28 large companies (with 250 or more employees). We at Lash Group are thrilled to be on this exclusive list of organizations who not only provide a wealth of benefits and perks for their employees, but also focus on engagement and the employee's overall work experience.

The "Best Places to Work" program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. Created 12 years ago by SCBiz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group, the list is comprised of a select number of companies that meet a specific list of criteria. Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the "Best Places to Work in South Carolina." The first part consists of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure their experience. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
