As Vice President, Clinical Services, Dawn Herren provides strategic guidance and oversight to Lash Group’s Clinical Services operations team. Ms. Herren works closely with her teams and manufacturers to develop, implement and manage innovative clinical solutions that drive quality, safety, and valuable patient care. 

During Ms. Herren’s career at Lash Group, she has led clinical teams of varying sizes and at varying levels of leadership focusing on client retention, employee engagement, and expansion of our clinical footprint. She has expertise in quality, audit and accreditation standards, and spearheaded Lash Group’s URAC accreditation process in 2014 and the reaccreditation process in 2017. She also co-led the development of an internal Six Sigma Certification program that focuses on continuous quality and process improvement. 

As a registered nurse, Ms. Herren spent many years in hospital and physician office settings before moving to telehealth and case management. She started her career as a front-line nurse and then moved into leadership roles supporting clinical teams. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She is a certified Case Manager and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
