As the leader of AmerisourceBergen's Human Capital function at Lash Group, I’m responsible for building the capacity of human capital to meet business challenges and capture opportunities for sustainable corporate growth and financial success. This includes talent management, competency management, knowledge management, human resources organization and development management, as well as other human resource management activities that are necessary to uphold a strong leadership succession plan and high-performance human capital for corporate growth and long-term prosperity.
Before joining AmerisourceBergen, I worked for 17 years for a major management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company within their internal human resources enterprise. I excel in cultivating partnerships across business units, providing proactive solutions to meet business goals, leading high performing HR teams, and handling change management for large organization transformations.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton, and my Masters of Science degree in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
