Todd Wells is a Vice President of Operations whose teams provide a comprehensive suite of services focused on improving patient access, care coordination, and outcomes.

Before joining Lash Group, Todd Wells had the opportunity to serve in various roles at three Fortune 500 companies where he gained extensive leadership experience in all operational aspects of sales, service, marketing, supply chain, and finance functions. 

Todd Wells is a passionate leader with a proven track record of leading global, cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, productivity, and business transformation. He believes in focusing on simplicity and empowering teams to achieve unprecedented levels of performance.

In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family and is always keeping an eye on the results of the latest sports contest. More importantly, Todd serves as a Board member for the NC MedAssist organization which helps provide prescription and over-the-counter medications to North Carolina residents in need.

Todd Wells received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA, and a Certificate in Biomedical Engineering from Oxford University in Oxford, England. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
